Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials
- Load/unload trucks and accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized inventory counts and perform cycle counts
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
