Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials within warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect and document inventory with RF scanners/WMS systems
- Prepare outbound shipments with accurate packing and labeling
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA protocols
- Resolve inventory discrepancies through systematic checks
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic computer literacy and WMS system familiarity
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
