Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely outbound delivery
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with zero tolerance for errors
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency in RF scanning technology and inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
