Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect and maintain handling equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Execute inventory management tasks including cycle counts, stock rotation, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support warehouse operations and order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work zones
- Operate warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling environment
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
