Responsibilities
- Handle, move, and store raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual methods
- Perform inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow OSHA guidelines
- Prepare and pack shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
