Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials, components, and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Execute inventory control procedures including cycle counts, stock rotation, and documentation accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA safety standards at all times
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules and shipping deadlines
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling or warehouse experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Excellent teamwork skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
