Responsibilities
- Handle, move, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through systematic scanning and record-keeping
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct pre-shift inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and staging materials for production
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and outdoor environments
