Responsibilities
- Unload, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated conveyor systems
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using WMS software
- Maintain organized inventory zones and conduct cycle counts
- Prepare shipments for carriers with proper labeling and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy with RF scanner experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons
