Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in our WMS system
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Optimize warehouse layouts for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Operate automated conveyor systems and material handling equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling roles
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
