Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Accurately track inventory in our WMS system with real-time data entry
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless material flow
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Execute daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for all handling operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
