Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment with precision and safety compliance
- Accurately receive, verify, and document incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics environment
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in inventory software
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
