Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; update inventory systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory practices
- Prepare outbound shipments with proper packaging and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
