Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners and conveyor systems
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to ensure safety and efficiency
- Conduct quality checks to verify product integrity and packaging standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Way facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
