Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming merchandise and materials.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Scissor Lift) according to safety protocols.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and package items for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and distribution goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we will train).
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
