Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, pack, and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision using WMS systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to strict quality control protocols during handling processes
- Support shipping/receiving operations and documentation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
