Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials efficiently
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning, sorting, and storage of products
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Process incoming/outbound shipments with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years of warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
