Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with night shift team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Report equipment malfunctions and workplace hazards promptly
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery with proper labeling
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to our Boston facility
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
