Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Organize warehouse storage areas to optimize space and accessibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling role
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
