Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through systematic scanning and documentation
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clutter-free work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Prepare outbound shipments for timely delivery to clients across Louisiana
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics environment
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
