Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
- Accurately scan, sort, and track inventory using RF scanners
- Load/unload shipments and maintain organized staging areas
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean and efficient work environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
