Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport goods throughout the facility
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain real-time tracking systems
- Inspect and package products according to quality standards and shipping requirements
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to all safety protocols
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory documentation
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
- Valid Texas driver's license
