Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move goods throughout the facility
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using our WMS system
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
