Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems and cycle counting
- Inspect materials for damage and coordinate returns/replacements as needed
- Optimize storage space by organizing materials in designated warehouse zones
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct pre-shift inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and inventory management software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
