Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and safety compliance
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic receiving, stocking, and scanning processes
- Optimize warehouse flow by coordinating cross-functional material movements
- Implement lean practices to minimize waste and maximize operational efficiency
- Maintain equipment functionality through daily inspections and basic maintenance
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with organizational excellence
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
