Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain forklift equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning and documentation of all warehouse transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate material flow and meet production deadlines
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to prevent accidents and improve efficiency
- Assist with warehouse cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of verified forklift operation experience with valid certification
- OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain immediately upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
- Previous experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments preferred
