Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials and products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage documentation
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems with proper labeling protocols
- Prepare outbound shipments according to specifications and safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform daily maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to our Jersey City facility
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, and overtime as needed
