Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and put away incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Prepare and process shipping documentation for domestic/international shipments
- Adhere to all safety protocols and 5S housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with RF scanning devices and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
