Responsibilities
- Process inbound shipments, sort packages, and maintain organized inventory zones
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders meeting daily performance targets
- Conduct quality checks and resolve discrepancies in order fulfillment
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital tools for inventory updates
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and Amazon's operational standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred
- Valid driver's license may be required for equipment operation
