Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Operate warehouse equipment safely while adhering to OSHA standards and company protocols
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with accurate documentation and inventory tracking
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Conduct quality inspections of materials and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Uphold 5S standards for workplace organization and safety compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems (WMS experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
