Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all forklift operations comply with strict safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect machinery for defects before and after shifts to ensure safe operation.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas to maintain optimal workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
