Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory counts and update stock records accurately using handheld scanners.
- Package and prepare products for shipment according to safety and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and maintaining proper storage locations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
