Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
- Execute cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Prepare outbound shipments with proper packaging and labeling
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficient with inventory management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
