Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment daily for optimal functionality
- Accurately inventory and organize stock in designated zones per company protocols
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to maintain workflow efficiency
- Adhere to strict safety standards and OSHA compliance guidelines
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
