Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Accurately inventory and track products using our WMS system with zero tolerance for errors
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet tight deadlines
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting technologies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with inventory management software (WMS experience a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid NC driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
