Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely
- Inspect, count, and record inventory with precision using WMS systems
- Load/unload trucks and stage products for efficient distribution
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle count processes
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
