Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and sort incoming materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently according to OSHA standards
- Manage inventory through scanning systems and cycle count procedures
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to quality control protocols and reporting requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
