Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Inspect and prepare shipments for optimal transit security and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and workplace standards
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance checks and report discrepancies
- Support warehouse reorganization and space optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling environments
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with inventory management software and scanning systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation tasks
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory reconciliation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
