Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, pack, and organize inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect materials for damage and maintain accurate stock records
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyor systems)
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and storage areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
