Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment for optimal safety and performance
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning, counting, and documentation
- Organize stock in designated storage areas to maximize space efficiency
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year material handling/forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
