Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage documentation
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems and implement FIFO protocols
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and perform routine equipment checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
