Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS documentation
- Operate material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain organized storage areas with FIFO rotation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections
- Support warehouse safety initiatives and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license
