Responsibilities
- Accurately move, sort, and stage raw materials and finished products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA guidelines and PPE usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Support shipping/receiving processes and maintain clean work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Pass background check and drug screening
