Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems and cycle counting
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance and PPE usage
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage space and workflow
- Operate powered industrial equipment with precision and care
- Support shipping/receiving processes and order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
