Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts in our WMS system
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to warehouse management
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment with precision and care to prevent product damage
- Support shipping/receiving processes and maintain organized staging areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean work environment
