Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock records
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading schedules
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance
- Generate performance reports and track key operational metrics
Qualifications
