Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, stack, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct pre-shift inspections
- Load/unload shipments with attention to proper stacking and weight distribution
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
