Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Accurately track inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Organize and maintain clean, orderly storage areas
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and preparing outbound shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
