Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment to transport materials safely
- Manage inventory through scanning, counting, and accurate documentation
- Load/unload trucks and maintain organized storage areas
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Assist in warehouse audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screen
