Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Scan and track inventory using warehouse management systems to maintain real-time accuracy
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Organize and maintain clean, orderly storage areas to optimize space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
