Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and update warehouse management systems
- Organize and store materials in designated areas following FIFO protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct pre-shift inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
